Dedicated, results-driven leadership and management professional offering over 20 years of success assisting organizations in optimizing their performance through the development of improved processes and structures designed to drive strategic initiatives to achieve goals and objectives. Extensive experience providing expertise to organizations regarding business practices, standards, project management, governance, and management consulting. Change agent with exceptional communication skills and experience working directly with senior level executives and industry leaders. International experience to areas including Latin America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa to conduct needs assessments, facilitate training programs, and perform program evaluations and change management activities.

โ€ข 12 years as International Team Lead for Accenture, a Fortune 500 global consulting and services organization, recognized as a top 5% performer on four separate occasions and have received three Accenture Inventor Awards.
โ€ข Comprehensive research conducting a program evaluation of 28 global leadership and development programs for over 4,000 global leaders including 1,200 CEOโ€™s.
โ€ข Published author within leading academic journals with several garnering outstanding and distinguished recognitions from professional academic organizations.
โ€ข Currently, hold 3 patents from the US and European patent offices for innovations.
