This session provides hands-on training for Georgia landscapers and green industry professionals on the setup and operation of Toro and Rain Bird irrigation systems for applications on landscapes, golf courses, and sports fields.

It also highlights research on Rhizoctonia solani in ‘TifTuf’ bermudagrass and zoysiagrass, emphasizing the role of irrigation practices in disease development and overall turf health. The program is coordinated by R. Orellana in collaboration with Toro and Rain Bird, with a focus on golf course and sports field system components.
