With agents in each of Georgia’s 159 counties, UGA Extension is ready to educate, inspire and improve life for all 10.8 million residents statewide. Delivering lifelong learning through research-based education, UGA Extension serves Georgia in three primary areas:

  • Agricultural and Natural Resources (ANR): ANR Extension agents provide hands-on, personalized support to Georgia farmers to help them improve productivity, profitability and environmental stewardship.
  • Georgia 4-H: 4-H agents across the state help ver 200,000 youth annually develop the knowledge, skills, confidence and character needed to become responsible, productive and engaged citizens.
  • Family and Consumer Sciences: From food safety, financial management, family development and more, FACS agents help individuals, families, businesses and communities improve their health and quality of life.
